Returns MUST be received within 14 days after receiving the product.

Any purchases returned must be in original condition, odourless & be in a saleable condition. The product must be returned to our Studio and not to the manufacturer for the refund

If the  product is damaged in transit we recommend you contact the Courier first. We recommend you post via a courier, with a tracking number, as if we do not receive the product we can not issue a refund.

Sometimes human errors can happen, if you receive the wrong product, please let us know ASAP and we will make the exchange as effortlessly as possible at our cost.
