Shipping Policy

We endeavor to package your order carefully & have it couriered to you within
a timely manner

If for some reason, there is a glitch in our system & the product has sold out before your purchase was made, we will either reorder the item & this will be sent to you. 
Or a refund will be issued to you

NORTH ISLAND flat fee $20
SOUTH ISLAND flat fee $15
PICK UP FROM STUDIO  No Charge

Return & Exchange Policy

Buying online can be easier than finding a park and sometimes way more convenient.

But we do understand sometimes the product may differ to what you envisioned for yourself or the intended recipient.

If you are not 100% sure on the product once you have received it, you can send it back at your cost and receive a refund so you can purchase a product that you are 100% satisfied with.

Returns MUST be received within 14 days after receiving the product.

Any purchases returned must be in original condition, odourless & be in a saleable condition. The product must be returned to our Studio and not to the manufacturer for the refund

If the product is damaged in transit, we recommend you contact the Courier first. We recommend you post via a courier, with a tracking number, as if we do not receive the product we cannot issue a refund.

Sometimes human errors can happen, if you receive the wrong product, please let us know ASAP and we will make the exchange as effortlessly as possible at our cost.

No returns on:

* Sale Products
* Soaps & Epsom Salts (due to hygiene reasons)
* Gift cards
