Shipping Policy

Buying online can be easier than finding a park and sometimes way more convenient. But we do understand sometimes the product may differ to what you envisioned for yourself or the intended recipient.

If you are not 100% sure on the product once you have received it, you can send it back at your cost and receive a refund so you can purchase a product that you are 100% satisfied with.

Returns MUST be received within 14 days after receiving product.

​

Any purchase returned must be in original condition, odourless & be in a saleable condition The product must be returned to our Studio and not the manufacturer for the refund.

If the product is damaged in transit we recommend you contact the Courier first. We recommend you post via courier, with a tracking number, as if we do not receive the product we can not issue you a refund.

Sometimes human errors can happen, if you receive the wrong product, please let us know ASAP and we will make the exchange as effortlessly as possible at our cost.

  • Soaps (due to hygiene reasons)
